Pizzaville was born from a dream. With nearly 30 years of experience in the pizza industry, Spiro Tzakos set out to open his own pizzeria—one rooted in tradition, flavor, and family. With his wife Patricia by his side, and a shared passion for great food and community, they brought their vision to life in the beautiful town of Southborough.

From the beginning, Southborough welcomed them with open arms. That warmth and support helped Pizzaville grow into a beloved local staple for nearly a decade.

Together, Spiro and Patricia poured their hearts into crafting a menu that celebrates bold, vibrant flavors and embraces every guest. They thoughtfully created options for all kinds of dietary needs—from Greek-style and thin crust pizzas to gluten-free alternatives, and even a fitness-focused menu packed with protein and vegetables. At Pizzaville, there’s truly something for everyone.

When Spiro and Patricia aren’t in the kitchen, they’re spending time with their two young daughters—who are often seen in the restaurant, happily making thank-you cards for our cherished customers. From grandparents to cousins, it’s not unusual to see multiple generations of the family working together under one roof.
